Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please submit a return request through your account within 14 days of receiving your order, using the email address associated with your purchase. No prior account registration is required.

 

A €9.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid DPD return label. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at hello@nvrlabel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days if a replacement is not possible.

 

Size exchanges

If you received the wrong size due to our error, contact us within 7 days. We will send the correct size — no return required.

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to accommodate an exchange. Return shipping is at your expense.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

NVR LABEL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
